How listings are ranked

With "Recommended" sorting, results follow keyword relevance first, then display lane and time.

Display lanes

Each listing belongs to a lane; higher lanes come first. Within a lane, newer or recently bumped listings come first.

  1. Diamond VIP (paid, "Sponsored" label)
  2. Gold VIP (paid, "Sponsored" label)
  3. Silver VIP (paid, "Sponsored" label)
  4. Regular listings and listings aggregated from other sources

VIP limit per page

So regular listings stay visible, every 20 results contain at most 5 Diamond and 5 Gold VIP listings; the rest move to the next page.

Bumps

A bump only refreshes the listing's time within its current lane; it never moves it to a higher lane.

Aggregated listings

Listings aggregated from other websites are always in the regular lane and cannot be promoted.

Advertising label

Every paid placement shows a "Sponsored" label with its VIP tier, as advertising rules require.

Other sort orders

When you sort by price, price per m², newest or price drop, VIP listings get no priority.
