Posting Rules

To maintain a transparent and reliable marketplace, listing posters on HomeValix must strictly abide by the rules below.
1. Poster eligibility
Posters must have an account verified with a valid Vietnamese phone number. Each listing must be published directly by the property owner or an authorized representative.
2. Mandatory listing fields
Every listing must provide complete core fields: property type, precise location (province, district, ward), area (m²), legal status (title deed, sale contract, or valid documentation), and clear asking price.
3. Prohibited content and practices
Strictly prohibited: posting project units not yet legally eligible for sale or lease under applicable laws; posting false, deceptive, or misleading asking prices; using photos belonging to others or misleading representations; promising guaranteed investment returns without statutory basis; including unrelated promotional material.
4. Photo guidelines
Uploaded images must be authentic photographs of the actual property or architectural floorplans. File size must not exceed 10 MB per image. Photos bearing watermarks of other websites or overlaying phone numbers are forbidden.
5. Poster attestation
Before publishing, posters must check the attestation box confirming full legal responsibility for information accuracy and lawful rights to sell or lease the property.
6. Rules for real estate brokers
Real estate brokers posting on HomeValix must hold a valid real estate broker practice certificate and be affiliated with an enterprise providing real estate services pursuant to the Law on Real Estate Business.
7. Sanctions for violations
Listings violating policies will be unpublished or permanently removed. Repeated violations may result in account termination and phone number blacklisting.
