1. Scope of application

HomeValix is a real estate information and listing platform providing market asking price reference data and connecting users with property needs. HomeValix does not broker, negotiate, or take commissions on user transactions.

Users are solely responsible for the authenticity of the information they provide and for their own transaction decisions.

2. User accounts

Users registering an account must verify their phone number and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

A single phone number can only be linked to one account. All activities originating from an account are deemed actions of the account owner.

3. Content standards

Users are solely responsible for all content, images, and information published on HomeValix.

Publishing false, unlawful, misleading information or infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

4. Provided services

HomeValix provides listing display services, bump services, VIP upgrades, and market asking price data analysis tools.

Price analytics and reference valuations calculated by the platform are for informational reference only and do not constitute certified property appraisal services under the Law on Prices.

5. Service payments

Users top up their service balance to use paid features on the platform. Package prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT).

VAT is charged and an electronic invoice is issued at the time of top-up. Detailed payment rules are set forth in the Payment & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

HomeValix strives to maintain platform reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical issues beyond its control.

HomeValix is not liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers, nor for indirect damages resulting from the use of platform information.

7. Terms modifications

HomeValix reserves the right to amend these terms periodically to comply with operational needs and legal requirements. Amendments take effect upon public publication on homevalix.com.

Continued use of the service following updates signifies acceptance of the modified terms.
