Aggregation Policy

Version 2026-10

HomeValix uses automated data collection technology to deliver a comprehensive, transparent overview of the property market.

1. What aggregated content is

HomeValix collects and indexes publicly available real estate information from the Internet to help users review asking price histories and track market developments conveniently.

2. Objective facts principle

HomeValix stores and displays only objective property facts (type, area, asking price range, administrative location). HomeValix strictly does not store or reproduce original listing photos, detailed descriptive copy, or personal contact details from source websites.

3. Source attribution and original links

Every aggregated listing prominently displays its source website and provides a direct "View original listing" link so users can access original details and contact the original poster directly.

4. Takedown request rights

Property owners, original posters, intellectual property rights holders, and source website operators may request content removal at any time using our online form at /yeu-cau-go-tin.

5. Response time (SLA)

HomeValix commits to reviewing and processing all valid takedown requests within 72 hours. Upon approval, listings are removed immediately and will not be re-collected.

6. Source site opt-out

Source websites may request complete cessation of crawling across their domains via takedown request or robots.txt. HomeValix maintains an automated kill switch to halt collection immediately upon request.

7. Contact channel

To submit a takedown request or discuss data collection policies, please submit via /yeu-cau-go-tin or email support@homevalix.com.
