1. General principles

HomeValix (homevalix.com) is a real estate information and listing platform owned and operated by CÔNG TY TNHH HABIFY. HomeValix does not participate in purchase, sale, transfer, or lease agreements between members.

2. Participating parties

Platform members include individual sellers/landlords, prospective buyers/tenants, and licensed real estate brokers operating lawfully within registered enterprises.

3. Listing requirements

Posters must verify their phone number and attest to property ownership or lawful authorization.

Listings must specify all mandatory details: property type, precise location, area, legal status, and asking price.

4. Content moderation

All listings undergo automated validation and review by moderators to detect duplicate postings, abnormal prices, or prohibited content.

Non-compliant listings will be rejected or unpublished immediately without prior notice.

5. Dispute and complaint handling

HomeValix accepts member feedback and complaints regarding listing content, service quality, or violations through our support portal or at support@homevalix.com.

Standard complaint resolution takes place within 3 business days upon receiving complete information.

6. Financial management & billing

Fees for listing publication and promotion are deducted from the member's service balance on HomeValix. Pricing is published transparently at homevalix.com/bang-gia.

Members receive a valid electronic invoice for every successful top-up transaction.

7. Privacy safeguards

Member information is collected, stored, and safeguarded in strict accordance with the published Privacy Policy and data protection regulations.

8. Responsibilities of parties

Members are solely responsible for agreements, deposits, and financial settlements entered into with one another. HomeValix advises users to thoroughly inspect actual property legalities before transacting.
